    Insurance FAQs

To simplify your intake process, review these FAQs to ask yourself before booking your initial appointment:

      • What is my co-payment for a Medical Specialist? (Found on your insurance card. Usually, a co-payment is twice the cost of your PCP copayment.)

      • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? (If not met, the full charge will be due at the date of service & reported to insurance.)

    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

    POMC Policies

Cancelation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $30.

If you fail to show for an appointment, you will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $60, charged to your account on the date of the appointment.
